This Privacy Notice ("Notice") sets out the basis upon which Taipan Brand Farm, Inc. If the personal data has been corrected, we shall ensure the accessibility of both the new and the retracted information and the simultaneous receipt of the new and the retracted information by the intended recipients thereof. The recipients or third parties who have previously received such processed personal data shall be informed of its inaccuracy and its rectification, upon your reasonable request.
Further, you shall have the right to withdraw or order the removal or destruction of your personal data only after the discovery and substantial proof of the following:

To update or request for the removal of your personal data, a written request must be submitted to us. We shall process and effect the request within thirty (30) days upon receipt of the request.

We generally does not transfer any personal data to countries outside the Philippines.

Taipan Brand Farm Inc. (TBFI) is a fully owned subsidiary of Jardine Distribution, Inc. TBFI started its operations in 2013 and aims to provide within-reach, high quality and reliable agrochemicals, plant nutrition, and rice and vegetable seeds to the farmers in the Philippines.
We are into wholesale distribution which primarily focuses on Agrochemicals for crop protection; and Seeds particularly in rice and vegetables. Our Agrochemicals products include insecticides, herbicides, molluscicides, fungicides, and plant nutrition that cover a wide range of crops – rice, corn, sugarcane, mangoes, other fruits, vegetables. For our seeds, we provide hybrid rice seeds to adapt to weather condition in the Philippines and for vegetables, we both have lowland and highland vegetable seeds – eggplant, cucumber, chili, carrots, watermelon, sweet corn, squash, long bean, ridge gourd, and bitter gourd.
Key priorities of our operations include the safe and proper use of product range and environmental protection. Continued skill assessments’ and training ensure that these priorities are maintained.
Our network of distributors and dealers nationwide is manage by a highly trained sales force and skilled technicians. Our products are delivered to them via accredited network of truckers and forwarders certified to handle our products. Annual training and skills updated are conducted for our entire workforce to keep high levels of product knowledge, basic safety, first aid and proper chemical handling.
